- Prior to joining ARCTOS he served as the Director for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) threat detection product lines at Two Six Technologies, where he led and oversaw the successful transition of a research prototype to operational deployment with the Department of Homeland Security, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
- B.A. in Computer Science and Economics and an M.S in Computer Science, both from Georgetown University, and has authored several peer-reviewed papers on the Tor network anonymity system
