We’re pleased to welcome Mr. Ryan Wonderly as Senior Program Manager to ARCTOS!
Ryan brings two decades of experience in project management, financial management, and operations management at both government and non-government organizations. As a civil servant, Ryan worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where he led workforce development initiatives supporting the
Financial Management team, and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, where he served as Operations Research Analyst and Financial Manager supporting Fighters & Bombers Directorate, including foreign military sales. Prior to civil service, Ryan worked with non-profits, including a role as Executive Director of a non-profit in Brazil. Fluent in Portuguese, Ryan lived and worked in Brazil for three and a half years, leading a 70-person team and managing a direct-care facility to rescue children from abuse and neglect.
Ryan now adds this experience and commitment to our Technology Programs Division, which supports various workforce development, diversity initiatives, and international programs supporting federal agencies
