Leaders in government and industry have long recognized that the best innovation often comes from smaller, nimble firms with top specialty talent. While innovative, such firms often reach a ceiling in their ability to transition cutting-edge technologies into real capabilities with lasting mission impact. Challenges include insufficient resources and limited cross-functional expertise to transition research into results.
With this backdrop, a select few R&D firms joined forces in 2019 to work together as one company — and together launched ARCTOS Technology Solutions.
