About ARCTOS

ARCTOS provides a wide range of technical solutions for the defense market. If it has anything to do with aerospace, cyberspace, or space systems, we design it and keep it going. This means everything from fighter jets and rockets to simulations and cybersecurity software. When it comes to complex, high-stakes missions, our all-in approach makes all the difference. It means our customers get more breadth, more know-how, and more accountability on every project. That’s why the US Army, Air Force, NASA, and other government entities, all turn to us. It’s also why leading private sector companies partner with us. ARCTOS | All In.™

ARCTOS is a leading provider of full lifecycle system support to defense, space, and intelligence markets. Our cradle-to-grave capability makes us uniquely qualified to provide full lifecycle support to serve the increasingly complex missions of our customers, as well as provide enhanced training, resources, and career opportunities for our employees. ARCTOS is comprised of two business units: 1. Technology Solutions and 2. Mission Solutions.

“What makes me get up every day and do what I do is fundamentally to support our nation’s war fighters. So it’s the women, it’s the men, that are out there putting their lives on the line… And I think everybody that’s affiliated with this company has committed their lives to that.”

- Joe Sciabica, ARCTOS Chief Technology Officer & Vice President, Technology Solutions

The story behind ARCTOS:

What happens when some of the industry’s best and brightest go "All In"  together.

In recent years, leaders in aerospace and related industries began to notice that some of the best project work was being done by nimble, highly talented teams at smaller and mid-sized firms. These firms excelled not only because of their ability to move more quickly than a lot of the larger, more traditional defense contractors, but also because they had attracted top specialists in key fields. The only thing these high-achieving companies didn’t have was a way to share their capabilities and work together on integrated projects. So in 2019, some of the premier firms decided to join forces and create ARCTOS.

Today, with 23 sites across 11 states and internationally, ARCTOS is "All In" for any mission in aerospace, cyberspace, or outer space. Backed by Battle Investment Group, we’re poised for more growth. Our All-In approach means more breadth, more know-how, and more follow-through for the Armed Forces, major contractors, and other organizations. With capabilities ranging from engineering and design… to cybersecurity and software development… to sustainment and logistics, we’re making a difference every day for warfighters on the ground, in the air, and at home.
